2020年、新型コロナウィルスの影響でイベントが中止された会場で撮影された、口の音色に反応するオーディオビジュアルパフォーマンス”UNMASKED”。2年の時を経てリアルイベントで初披露された。

本作品”UNMASKED”は、口の音色に反応するオーディオビジュアルを活用したリアルタイムパフォーマンスである。目の前に広がるのは、口から発せられる音色により、無数に浮遊するウィルスが消滅していく様子だ。誰もがマスクを着用し声を発することすら気遣う昨今の状況において、”口”はウイルスを拡散するものではなく、人々の心を突き動かす世界共通の魅力的な装置であることを表現した。

“UNMASKED” is a live performance using an audiovisual system that reacts to the different tones emitted from a human’s mouth. In front of you, spreads the scene of the sound crafted by the man’s mouth killing and sublimating countless floating viruses into visual art. In the current situation where everyone is concerned about wearing a face mask or even talking to each other, we expressed that the “mouth” is not something that spreads viruses, but is an attractive and universal device that drives people’s hearts and minds forward. – We sincerely pray for the health and safety of people all over the world, and for the situation to calm down as soon as possible.
