BECV

Thank you for inviting me to BECV online exhibition. ―express my appreciation to Tomoya Ishibashi, Kento Niikura and Ryoji Yoshida.

Planning: Tomoya Ishibashi

Miura, an engineer and writing (graffiti) researcher, developed an AR app during the voluntary lockdown period and spent many nights testing the AR on less popular streets. The AR, with its emojis that indicate ascension flying around, suggests droplets and viruses. It also uses a dubious face filter that recognizes his face every time he takes off his mask; it reflects the artist’s anonymous presence as he prowls the night street.
